I help children and families regain calm and balance.

Welcome, my name is Paulina Kotowska, and I am a child and adolescent therapist and psychologist (trained in clinical psychology and psychotherapy).

Sometimes children need support to cope with their emotions, stress, or difficult changes in life.
Sometimes parents also need guidance to better understand what is happening in their child’s inner world.

If you notice that your child:
• struggles with focus or learning,
• reacts with anger, frustration, or aggression,
• seems sad, withdrawn, or anxious,
• has difficulties in relationships with peers or family,
• or finds it hard to manage emotions despite support from those around them –

it may be the right time to reach out for professional help.

I help children and young people understand their emotions, regain a sense of safety, and develop healthy coping strategies for everyday life.
I work in an atmosphere of trust, empathy, and acceptance, where every child can feel seen, valued, and understood.

Who am I?

My name is Paulina Kotowska – a child and adolescent therapist and psychologist (trained in clinical psychology and psychotherapy).

My approach is primarily based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and an integrative framework, which combines different therapeutic modalities depending on the client’s individual needs.

I hold a Master’s degree from Poland with the final grade “very good” (equivalent to a UK 2:1 Honours degree) and two postgraduate diplomas in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy.
I continually expand my professional competence through ongoing training, clinical practice, and therapeutic work with children and young people.

In therapy, I focus particularly on emotional self-regulation, self-esteem, family relationships, and support for children with ADHD and autism spectrum conditions.
I often incorporate play, movement, art, and sensory activities, as I believe that creativity allows children to express themselves most authentically.

I provide sessions in both Polish and English, in a warm and supportive atmosphere built on trust, respect, and genuine understanding.
